Welcome back..... this just keeps getting better and better!!! Can you BELIEVE these projects??? Well, if you are following the hop, you may have just come from the talented Jane Lee's blog, if not, don't worry, just keep hopping and you'll get to see all 10 of today's projects. (Don't forget to check out my Artisan Design Team projects for this month which I am also posting this week)
Well, with this card I also want to show you how it looked on the boards first, because how it looked in MDS is not very cute :) I just can't believe that of all my projects, I couldn't find a good photo of this one. I printed extras, but can not find them - ugh! Thank goodness for Wendy - she emailed me a photo of it... I promise this was so super cute, and I am going to show you the jpgs from MDS so I can tell you how I did it!
I created the front "paper" with square punches. I added the snowflake punch to various squares, then once it came from the printers, I added the Basic Rhinestones to the front. Then I cut a little peek-a-book window to a cute little tree on the inside. Well - here is how it looked in MDS. First the front, then the inside spread.
I added Dazzling Diamonds to the little snow areas too. So does this make sense? The gray squares are the area that I cut out. In order to make it line up and work, I copied then pasted in place the 4 squares onto the inside right of the card. Then I was able to place another punch on top of those and use them as a guide. I hope that makes sense...
Here are my supplies
This is GREAT on sooo many levels ... your attention to detail in MDS is surpassed by NO ONE!! Pure and total brilliance!! LOVE it!! :)
