Hi there, happy Wednesday!
Well, it's Tuesday night for me as I am finishing this up. I spent most of last night and all day today taking care of this sweet little boy's fat lip. He was hit by a pitch during his ball game. To add to the injury, he tripped and fell today and hit his mouth again!!!
He is looking MUCH better tonight
After the stress of the day (there were a few others) I NEEDED a little time tonight to create.
I decided to create a scrapbook page highlighting my Mother In Law and my boys from this past weekend when we went to see her for her birthday. She just moved local so this was the first time we were able to spend her birthday with her. I LOVE the shape of Window Framelits, and it comes in the Friendship Preserves Kit in MDS. I created the background with the shape. I really intended to use the fabulous Regals colors, but well, sometimes my brain doesn't listen to me. So I am hoping you find inspiration in the Window Framelit shape :)
I think that this background would also look cool using traditional cardstock supplies.
I know I've shown you three days of MDS2 inspiration for this month's Artisan projects, but my project for the Stampin' Up! Artisan Facebook Showcase is FULL of cardstock and stamps and texture and FUN!
Check back tomorrow to see some of the cute Haloween projects we made at a class I had last Friday for some of my local customers.
Have a great day!
This page turned out really nice. I love the colors you chose for the background, etc. What a great way to "save" a special day, by printing the page for her! Susie looks very happy posing for a pic with her grandsons.
