Hey, Hey!!! Happy Friday!!!
I LOVE a good Re-Mix. Usually it's in the form of music, but hey, I can work a creative Re-Mix too! At the end of the month, we like to take our challenges, pick 2 or more and create even more magic! LOL. What two challenges did I choose this month?

Remember how last week I told y'all I was kind of obsessed with water coloring? I really meant it. This week I tried a little different technique. I'm not sure that there is an official name for it. Maybe it's kind of a "faux water color" or a paint-over technique. If anyone knows, please tell me :)
I decided to feature the Party Wishes stamp set, and take it in a completely different direction than the samples in the catalog. I LOVE the catalog samples with the bright, fun colors but I wanted to use our color challenge and soften it up a bit.
The stripes, balloons, and cakes were all stamped first, then I went over them with my Aquapainter and re-inker. I was able to add shading and some extra detail. I love how it took the flat, stamped look and really elevated it to look completely hand-painted.
Once again, I used the beautiful Stampin' Up! Shimmer Paper. Do you love those pretty sequins? They are from the Love Blossoms Embellishments Kit. I LOVE this kit!
So fun, right? You need one - admit it ;)
Last week we had a great group of challenge entries - will you play along this week? I think you should take a few moments to play along.
Did you know that we also have a Facebook page? A Pinterest Board too!
Speaking of Sale A Bration - have you ever considered what it would be like to become a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator? To either create your own career, or even purchase at a discount? To attend all the fun events I post about, or get togethers with other stampers? NOW is the time!!! I'd love to add you to my growing team. Feel free to email me - or check out my JOIN NOW page for more info!
This is beautiful!!!
